Drivers were late for pick up and didn’t bother to read the papers that said patient needed oxygen. I had to ask hospital to lend them oxygen for my mom until they got her to their transport vehicle. Then they had the audacity to charge me for an extra 6 minutes for waiting when they were the ones who were 17 minutes late arriving and then I had to arrange for the oxygen that they should have brought it up with them. Terrible service and I would not recommend them to anyone. Thus is the last thing people need when they are transporting their loved ones to hospice.
