Having brought two of their Flue gas analysers (current model the 310)
I can honestly say the products are well built and good quality.
But their after sales support is terrible!
Paid for a "Premium Service" re-calibration and repair with a guaranteed 3 day turn over, 7 days later, two phone calls and a strongly worded email I'm still without my analyser.
Testo please look after your customers!!!!
