Horrible customer service representatives. They ha...

Horrible customer service representatives. They have nasty attitudes and are really snappy when answering your questions (which they barely have the answers to). Also, on average the "hold" time is well over 30 minutes all to talk to someone that is annoyed by a 5 minutes conversation. Finally, they cannot give you an estimated time on when they will send back the monies overpaid to the company. This company should not be in operation.
