What an enchanting hotel! The rooms are gorgeous, clean, spacious and with lots of natural light. The hotel is pet friendly and they also provide a small bed and drinking bowl, which are given to the owners as gifts too. The hotel has fantastic amenities and the restaurant is beautiful. There are lots of delicious Spanish options for breakfast, which is great for vegetarians. I wish they would add 1-2 more options for vegetarians on their dinner menu though. The staff all around the hotel, the housekeepers, restaurant staff, receptionists, all of them are welcoming, helpful and friendly. There is plenty of car park spots right at the front of the hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are stunning. Just go the the top floor and sit on the balcony to look at beautiful view. There are also marked trails around the hotel too. Inside the hotel you can find many open space living rooms where you can sit with by yourself or others. The room was quite chilly in the night and as the radiators are operated through central heating, we were not able to adjust the room temperature. However, there are extra blankets in the cupboard. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that they are an environmentally friendly hotel and they have the 12 Global Goals stated in their rooms. However, it was disappointing to then see that they offer plastic straws in the restaurant and they wrap the cups in the bathroom in plastic too. The receptionist also did tell us that if we didn't take the dog bed or bowl, they throw them away. It would be nice to know that those items are then offered to the next guest after they have been cleaned or at least donated to a dog shelter. Overall, a great hotel that I would strongly recommend.
