My journey at IKSC started with Skill Gap Test and Psychometric Test in which I discovered my strengths and weaknesses.
I have completed Six sigma certification course and learned to apply its knowledge not only in industrial use but also any day to day life processes.
I have also expertise Part designing basics & Structural Analysis in CATIA and with the GD&T course I am able to read engineering drawings efficiently.
I have successfully completed a project on Cost reduction of Bicycle Crank Set Assembly by using technical knowledge of Six Sigma , GD&T, CATIA Part designing, Structural Analysis and value engineering.
Regular meetings with Mr. Atul Patil Sir and his valuable guidance helped a lot and kept me motivated. Knowledge sharing sessions of different industrial persons and their experience sharing was a rare opportunity. I am thankful to my company Capgemini India Pvt Ltd for giving me a chance to attend training at IKSC at start of my career.
