Loved it the first time I went a few years ago but...

Loved it the first time I went a few years ago but wasn't hugely impressed with the service or food when we went back in November. I booked through top table/open table and called the restaurant to tell them we were going to be 10 mins late (30 mins in advance). They said it was fine but when we got there they had cancelled our table and made is wait 30 mins. We got free drinks in the end but it was a rubbish experience.
