I just relocated to our new home in Frisco, Texas after living in Los Angeles the past 8 years dealing with typical L.A. traffic and commuting 75 miles a day to work. I decided after 47,000 miles, it was time to replace my 2013 A4 Quattro. It was by far the most reliable car I have ever purchased. The only time it was in the shop for service was for normal maintenance repairs. My A4 still had the original brakes and tires. I never had a car go this long without replacing them. It was a no brainer deciding on owning another Audi, it happens to be my 5th Audi in the past 9 years (my wife and children all drive A4 s). My salesman Anthony Carvalho was very knowledgeable and friendly answering all of my questions in regards to the features and available options. He provided me all of the information on trading in my A4 for another A4. He also explained the special offers they still had on the remaining 2015 A6 s. In regards to pricing, I came prepared after shopping at Audi Dallas and other Dallas area dealers. The cost at Audi Plano was by far the lowest which allowed me to afford purchasing the A6. I am very happy that I upgraded. My family and I have owned in the past 20 years an Audi 2006 A8L, 3-A4 s, BMW- 525 and 740LI cars. The ride on the A6 with the sports package is superior to any sedan we have ever driven. Hats off to Anthony and Chris in the finance department for making my purchase an exciting and pleasant experience! I am now counting on in the future a similar experience with your service department.
