Had the pleasure of getting assistance from Mary Ann G at the Neat Company. My scanner, (5) years old, was no longer functioning with my new Mac with High Sierra 10.13.3

I contacted Neat, and with Ann's help and her several hours worth of service, she got the system updated and operating perfectly.
