Every time I visit here it is either really busy or hardly anyone around. I have had really good service here. During riding season, it is busiest on the weekends, for obvious reason. The service department has been helpful and friendly for me the couple of times I have had to get work done for my bike. The service department can be backed up at times so I recommend calling first. I purchased a Honda Grom from them and it was a mostly painless experience. ;) The parts and accessories department folks are polite and helpful.
