Terrible experience at this fitness center. Contacted staff numerous times to cancel my membership when the place was shutdown due to Covid. It took numerous emails for any response, they stated there would be a hold fee which was a fraction of the regular monthly cost. This was a blatant Lie as they kept charging the full monthly dues. The staff refused to provide a refund when I requested a refund for the difference of full monthly dues and hold fee. Long story short - go to Lake forest health and fitness or Lifetime - this place is terrible and has terrible customer service. I was going to join back full time once the place opened up - zero chances now.
