Review of Bayshore Medical Center

I unfortunately have to yet again write a complaint about Bayshore Community Hospital. This is my third time having to visit this hospital in a year and for the third time my family and I have had a horrible experience. The staff at this hospital is unprofessional, including the secretary Andrea whom laughed when I was asking her questions about my mother who was a patient in the emergency room. She actually laughed and when I asked her why she was being rude and laughing she just kept saying "Hold on, hold on" really loud over me and put me on hold. For a secretary in a place such as a hospital I cannot believe her attitude. I myself work in health care and could not believe the things I was witnessing and even overheard. I overheard the nurses who entered my mothers room after she had a episode making unprofessional comments. I am convinced that Bayshore Hospital is giving Meridian Health Company a very bad reputation. I have been to Riverview for myself as well as for family members/friends and have never been unsatisfied or uncomfortable and in shock as I am every single time I am in Bayshore. Unprofessional staff members are always in companies, but for a company that prides itself on exceptional service, this facility is a disgrace. I pray to never have to visit again and will always (as I have in the past) recommended (if possible) taking the extra couple of minutes to drive to Riverview because Bayshore is unbelievable. I am disgusted and as I write this I know many others feel the same.
