Multiple times, I have been asked to submit forms that I have already submitted. The organization of the staff must be terrible. There really is only 5 pieces of information needed for them to process your case, but they manage to make this seem like a monumental task, and create way more paperwork than necessary, even if they only asked you to submit your forms once. It takes them awhile to review your case as well. Considering how basic the case review really needs to be, with 5 variables, this should be computerized with a quick human check.
Their phone support operators are always helpful, but you typically have to wait on hold for around 30 minutes to have the call answered. If this company or organization had any competition with moderate organization skills and decent responsiveness, this organization would cease to exist.
