This place has some good processes that you can work with. The location is good and the infrastructure is nice. However, there are few issues persisting through years.
The major issue is transport facility. Your cab will never pick you up on time. 2 out of 5 working days, it will be delayed by 20 min to 40 min. Moreover, transport team will never inform you about the same and the only option you are left with is wait...wait...and wait. During arranging drop of employees, the transport team does unreasonable clubbing. For example, I lived in Narhe, couple of km from katraj, and they clubbed 2 female employees of Kirkatwadi. I requested a guard, but they didn't provide one. So I had to watch my drop location pass by, accompany those female employees to their drop location and afterwards I was dropped. My 1 hour was wasted in this process.

Well, the list of transport issues are long and would never end probably. Another issue is with canteens as the food they offer takes the toll on your tummy. So be cautious.
