Any time I brought my Kia in to the shop, there would never be any communication. I would call them and my agent was always "on another line" and I would leave multiple messages for my agent and the manager with no returned messages. Literally never got updates on what was going on with my car and was always told "we can't find anything wrong" even though my check engine light was on and the car was shifting VERY hard. I finally decided to buy a new car and chose to avoid all brands that Youngblood Auto carried so I don't have to be treated like I'm not important. Don Wessel Honda treated me like family right from the beginning.
