I purchased Sonic Electronix NVX VAD10001 amplifier along with a 4 gauge amp installation kit. About an hour later I get an email from the sales team over at Sonic Electronix. Travis from the sales team offered me a coupon on my purchase. I was completely shocked since I had already made the purchase online. But Travis refunded me the money immediately and sent me a new order with about %10 in savings on top of the coupon I used during the first order. Saved me about $50 on a $275 purchase. I was shocked that a company would do that, especially after a purchase. It s great to see that there is still a company that values and serves there customers. Will be buying from Sonic again. Thanks again Travis, great job!
