We had Gordon come to our home for a warranty follow up call on one of our devices. I was blown away by the amount of time he took to sit and teach me the system. To show me that the system is capable of so much more than one realizes. He took time to fix additional issues with the system that weren t even on the service call out. I can see why Gordon is a senior tech with Telsco, he s very knowledgeable, understanding and patient. Telsco should be proud they have someone like Gordon working for them. If you re thinking of investing in a security system I highly recommend Telsco and make sure you request Gordon as your installer, the man is amazing and the company is great!
