I needed a window replaced. The first appointment I came in for (drove 1.5 hours to get there) they never got the part (but never bothered to call me). The second appointment they got the part but never arranged for a serviceman to be there to actually do the work. I''ll give it one more chance, but my feelings about this place have truly soured....
