I took my husband in for severe ear pain. He was taken back quickly, and before the exam was complete, the physician was pulled from the room.
I can understand that he needed to help a much sicker patient, however, he was there for an hour before he received pain medication and that was only because we pushed the issue. The nurse was informed he couldn't take tylenol and she brought in medication with tylenol in it. When she was informed of this, she rolled her eyes at me and said "did you tell the doctor?" She was rude and condescending and disregarded anything that was said. He eventually was given a pain med, however, he wasn't given anything to go home with for the pain and wasn't given anything for the cough, which he asked for as well. We will not return if we can help it.
