Love our new addition to our family. Only one thing was a set back and took my wife and I back a little when we made it to the location. I understand times are hard with the virus but the rude behavior the front desk staff who did our paperwork at was completely unacceptable. I m generally am not a sensitive person I m in the navy so I m used to stern talking but this guy was just down right rude and had I not fallen in love with my pet I would ve just left all together. The volunteers were nice but it seemed not a lot of people knew a lot about my pet when I went to pick him up and the food they gave him was not anything he liked I was told to give him cheese which I didn t because I was told by a vet it would make him sick. All in all. We love our Max but the staff member was terrible the volunteers were nice just not very knowledgeable about him.
