I purchased two LG Nexus 5 phones last year. One stopped working earlier this year (shutting off and on repeatedly) and when I contacted Google they transferred me to LG. LG repaired the unit since it was a hardware problem. Second phone started doing the same a few months later but this time LG expects me to pay for the repair, despite the fact that this is clearly a manufacturing/design problem that probably should have resulted in a recall of the product. LG phones are very poor quality and their customer service is crap. Better to get a mobile from a real company that knows how to produce quality products.
