I've used RockAuto for many years, but their strict return policies require me to shop elsewhere now. I ordered brakes before Xmas, put them on after New Years. I needed to return a couple of parts....but was past the 30 days, so no refund or credit. They deny your return request with a computer algorithm....So millennial of them! Yet - their "advanced" software cannot help you to choose the correct size rotors. Example - enter in your VIN to get exact part fit. No - but, automatically deny your return request - Heck yes! So - realize what you are getting - a company that focuses on denying returns and service vs serving the customer. I emailed with Ashley and spoke with Joshua...explaining this. Same answer - but they at least called me to say no. Sayonara RockAuto - I'll use the local guys from now on. Shame - you have to be feeling the heat as I am not the only dissatisfied customer.
