Terrible company. The employees are the closest things to real-life trolls you will ever come across.
The response time for fixing items that they are contractually obligated to repair is glacial. The quality of workmanship done by their repairmen rivals that of a blind child without fingers.

Since I am not a vulture preying on the desperation of the poor, I m not in the property management business.
