I want to thank everyone who assisted me with finding my car!! As soon as I entered East Charlotte Nissan, I was quickly approached by 4 different gentlemen. After waiting 30 seconds or so, I was taken into an office to begin my search for the perfect car. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Ronald Digsby. I have to brag on him for a minute. He went above and beyond to help me pick out my Nissan Versa. After all the paperwork was done, I got the keys to my new baby. It was definitely a long process and I thank him for being so patient with me and staying 5 1/2 hours past closing time. I was so anxious to get my car home, but because I drove, I did not see how it would be possible. Lucky for me, Mr. Digsby volunteered to drive my car over 45 minutes away so I would have it to get to work in the next morning. Because I had to bring him back to the dealership, it was around 2:30am when we arrived back in Charlotte. Words cannot explain how much I appreciate him. There were so many steps to take, but he assisted me with each and every one! I would highly recommend Mr. Digsby to anyone that wants a pleasurable experience. Thanks again.
