The nursing overnight staff is plain and simple LAZY.
I went in there with my son who is 5 years. At 4am. My son had a fever and I had been giving him Tylenol coughing. Couldn t sleep. When I went in there I ask the nurse if they could check his temperature and they refuse to. They then took me and my sons insurance information and took another patient he was after me in. I was very frustrated at this point because it had been about 20 minutes and still nobody care to check my sons temperature. As I was waiting. I ask them again if they could check my sons temperature AGAIN and they refused at this point I was frustrated to see that they just standing there talking to themselves. Like they don t take the health of their patients seriously especially children. Keep in mind my son has had a history of seizures and I reminded them of that and they just stood there when a nurse supervisor comes to me and tells me that I would have to wait a few minutes to be seen by a nurse. At this I got mad and left. It really doesn t take that long to take a child s temperature and you are not Going to break an arm doing so. Honestly they don t consider the health of a child seriously especially with this pandemic.I don t know what they are working in the health industry if they are only there to get paid and not to take patients well being a priority. Very upsetting.
