Update on 8/14/18: While the decor of Hard Rock is nice, and the invidiual staff members are pleasant and helpful, my stay at Hard Rock was dissapointing and left me unsatisfied.

The trouble began when I arrived to check in. Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk to check anyone in. The line just kept growing and growing and no one was being helped. It took 30 mins before someone attended to arriving guests. Makes no sense.

The Hard Rock Cafe has structural issues beyond comprehension. I was told there was an hour wait, with plenty of open tables visibie in the bar area. I was offered to sit at the bar and I took it. When my guest and I ordered a diet Coke and iced tea we quickly learned the bartender had to walk to a totally different part of the restaurant to get it - which caused backlogs at the bar because it was then understaffed. The food took a long time to arrive and even though the meal was fine I had a generally poor taste due to missing sides, wrong drink orders, and being told I had to pay cash because the credit card systems are down.

While the casino is bright and vibrant, there are severe issues with the cash machines along the walkways. Lines back up causing people to stand around where people are meant to walk. Also, after waiting for a cash machine to free up in the chaos, as soon as I was going to put a bill to break in the slot, a casino employee yelled at me to find another machine, she's shutting this machine down.

I'm currently on the 25th floor in my hotel room. I can hear a night club out my window on the ground floor of Hard Rock. The club noise is shaking my windows...25 floors up. It's 2am...I'd like to go to bed. And no one at the front desk or operator cares or even tried to offer me another room.

The only reason I'm not giving the hotel 1 star is because the room is clean and decorated nicely. Would not recommend staying here until further notice. There are severe organization and hospitality issues that Hard Rock needs to address before I would stay here again.

I want Hard Rock to do well because I want Atlantic City to do well. Hope they read my review and take it seariously.
