I selected Burnham to manage my apartment as they were conveniently located only a few doors away. I regret this decision as Burnham's management as been appallingly disorganised, and bordering on contempt.

1. Burnham failed to provide me with my tenant's first month of rent for several weeks despite my frequently calls and email. They eventually blamed this on a 'glitch'.
2. Their staff failed to respond to correspondence, requiring multiple attempts to get in contact with them.
3. Rent payment was constantly late from Burnham.
4. They failed to inform me that my tenant had broken the lease. I found out myself a week after the tenant had informed Burnham.
5. They failed to conduct regular inspections.

I cannot recommend in stronger terms that future landlords avoid entering into business with Burnham. Their service has constituted incompetence at best, contempt at worst.
