Continually wonderful experience with A#1 Air and Sam A. He s super relatable and fun. He makes sure to get the job done right, even when I throw curveballs his way. He s not afraid to sort through the mess to get the unit clean and remove the gunk and questionable rodents who met their demise in the unit. Sam does a solid job of laying out all the options I have for keeping up with the unit and also new opportunities/products/services that might benefit us. He truly cares about the customer and clearly enjoys his work. We were told we d lower our electric bill ($390) when we got a new unit, but I was skeptical. Sure enough, same hot summer but our bill was only $185!!! I m sold, man. Solid work and solid company.
