I hired Atty Haas to defend me in a custody dispute with my exwife. I provided them with enough information for the judge to make an informed, obvious decision on where the kids should go to school (one of the highest rated schools in the state). Atty Haas was late for the court appearance and had ME putting together all the information for the judge while I sat in courtroom. I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I then received a bill for the time I spent putting the info packages together. It goes without saying that we were working from a place of weakness in front of the judge. The judge did not find in our favor. Maybe if she showed up on time with the work done, there would have been a different result. We will never know.
