I try to call in the night couple of Hotels in the neighborhood because we were traveling from Italy to The Netherlands and our baby get sick. Couple of them answered phone but nobody speak English or no rooms available and the answer was you are calling so lately and directly hanging the phone BUTTTT Sybill Guldiman from Raddison Blue Hotel was there like a saver of our night. She picked up the phone with very good English and act very quick and within no time room was ready incl. baby bed. We arrived the hotel 5 min after, she even came to parking garage to help us with doors and luggages . She understand situation and show us the room and the baby can sleep directly. She bring also warm milk in the night for the baby. Sybill, u r a amazing person. Thank you for your help and professionally working. I m traveling a lot and i wish every hotel have somebody as her.
