Friendly staff, clean, and they do good work... However their pricing has gone up several times, not an issue if you have a mid to large size dog the cost is well worth it. Not worth 50 bucks to have my dog groomed that's the size of a softball, I could understand the cost if there was neglect and it took extra work, unfortunately I'll be looking some place else for grooming. The price is to high for toy dogs...or maybe I'm cheap lol
