I first encountered anya bridal at a bridal expo in Atlanta and was welcomed and tended to in the most professional manner. They had gorgeous dresses and I was so excited to see what their store had to offer as the expo dresses were what they said the store could live without. Unfortunately that was was where the professionalism and magic of dress shopping ended. I walked in at 4:00 for my 4:30 appointment. I was greated at the desk rudely asking if I had an appointment and started at like even if I had an appointment they were not happy to see me. I was then told to leave the store and come back for my 4:30 appointment at 4:40. I am not from the area and there was no location to kill time at. We asked to just wait inside and it wasnt till 15 minutes of waiting in their lobby that The receptionist asked if we would like to sit in their empty waiting room. Moving on to the appointment. I had been to two other dress shops that day and recieved better service than this location went in with a few pictures of what I was looking for and gave instruction on what I would not want., namely no strapless satin or ball gowns. I came in with a dress the expo said they had and asked to try that dress on first. Going back to the fitting room I was given a ball gown a satin sheer dress and no mermaid cut lace dresses that I had asked for. After giving countless notes and direction for what I was looking for I began to give up hope of even seeing the dress I came in for. Finally at the end of the appointment I got to try the dress I was hoping to try after being given the excuses I couldn't find it and someone else is trying it. That one dress that we came in for was the only thing to salvage the appointment Alice did not listen at all to what I wanted and kept putting me in what I can only assume was her vision. If you are looking for a dress I would recommend looking elsewhere you will not get professional or helpful service all I can say is that they had some pretty dresses. Overall a letdown.
