We've stayed at this hotel three years in a row for a comic book convention. This past stay was great as usual. The check in process was easy - they even offered up a pre-chrck in prior to my arrival. We arrived early (8 AM) and to out surprise, our room was already ready.

The location is perfect. Close to many restaurants and the con itself (it's connected to Rupp Arena). I've never eaten at the hotel because of the price but the restaurant is always full. There is a pool but I've never had time to swim in it.

The staff members are always very friendly and helpful.

They do have a security feature on the elevator where you have to use your key card to go above the lobby level. This seems to confuse everyone, even though this is clearly explained at check in. So if you're going to stay here, remember this.

I also wanes to shout out the guys in valet. They're seriously amazing!! They go out of their way to help and take great care of the cars. I can't wait for our next stay here!!
