Had no issues. It was easy and fast. People who work there were nice and polite and ready to help. You just have to plan your trip way ahead and book your appointment a couple months ahead. The only one thing that was annoying is that you have to wait outside before they will invite you to come in. I had to wait about 30 minutes standing outside when it was extremely hot.
