I had an appointment on 05/04/2018 to have my dryer repaired. The technician stated I needed a part. The technician came back on 05/14/2018 and stated he had the wrong part. He rescheduled for 05/18/2018, but did not come because the part had not come in. He rescheduled for 05/24/2018 and i canceled. I rescheduled for 06/08/2018. When I have an appointment with sears I have to be home from 8:00 am- 5:00pm because they do not schedule appointments. Today I stayed home. I received an email at 4:01pm stating I needed to call sears and reschedule my appointment. I called and was told the technician called in sick today. I do not understand why I was not told this earlier. I had to stay home all day waiting. I ask for a refund of the 380.10 that I paid on May 4th because they have not fixed my dryer and it has been over a month. They would not refund my money. They said they would send it to billing dispute and would notify me in 24-48 hours. I called my credit card to dispute the charges. they charged me for a service that has not been done. I do not want them to fix the dryer. I want my money back! I have always used Sears in the past, but I will never use them again. It is not the same dependable service you could depend on years ago. I would not recommend anyone use them, and DO NOT buy the warranty they are trying to push on people!!
