We are currently on hold with ADT. We have been on hold 2 hours. We were promised a technician to come in an update a line for our system and all we want to know is if the technician is still coming today or if they will be coming another day. We have been waiting for hours for this technician with no status update and the customer service is useless - they said they can send us a status update in 24-48 hours! This is unacceptable service. We should be able to have a simple update so it doesn't waste the time of our employees and other technicians that are here waiting for them to complete the work. The customer service is terrible. We asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and Angela put us on hold again. ADT has effectively wasted my time and the time of 3 other contract technicians we have here waiting for this work to be completed.
