I were at San Francisco for a business trip. I had a tight schedule but I reschedule several things to be in magic bus tour on last day of my trip. After waiting for 30 minutes, I haven't seen any magic bus around. I called the office and she said the tour is cancelled...!! I frustrated with her respond.
My one star isn't for the tour itself; the tour would be great. My one star is for their customer service. I understand that sometimes evens are cancelled but they must send email, text, or call to inform people. I hope they improve their customer service. (I received an email at 11am saying that the tour is cancelled. But I think it is to late to inform people 30 minutes after tour. I also don't think anyone check his/her email when he/she's waiting for Magic Bus on the street.
