My name is Anthony from Kenya a Brewing and distilling postgraduate student - Heriot Watt university Scotland. I had a awesome one hour experience at Surly brewery. Very clean and huge set up to bring refreshing beer to the customer. The tours could be improved more by getting to brief visitors first in a quiet room before taking the tour to see the actual process. Otherwise great job....
