Best gym in the state of New York! Incredibly clean, the most welcoming staff, and the best group classes you can ask for. Everyone is very personable and very helpful. The gym is in pristine condition and the equipment/dumbbells are spotless. Everyone should choose this gym if they are looking to have a wonderful gym experience.
