Every year for the past three years I keep getting a toll charge when I live in Jacksonville FL. When I did travel to Orlando 3 years ago, I did go through a toll, and I most certainly paid the toll. I received a camera photo and a bill stating I didn t pay when I know for a fact I did. I tried to fight this and explain but with no return response from my inquiries. I had to pay the toll in order to get my tag renewed. Then when I go to renew my tag the following year, same thing and I wasnt even in Orlando. Today, for the 3rd year in a row, I go to renew my tag and again I cannot because they state I have another unpaid toll.

The clerk let me know that the day after I satisfied the last toll, a new toll charge was added. This is corrupt!
