Never, and I repeat, NEVER go to this unprofession...

Never, and I repeat, NEVER go to this unprofessional and poorly-managed facility. The massage therapists are unqualified and the owner is rude and unresponsive.

I had a serious problem with the totally unqualified "massage therapist" that I was assigned, and, when I wrote to the owner to request a refund and file a complaint, she ignored me. I then called and spoke to her directly, and she told me that she got the emails and just didn't respond. She told me the massage therapist I complained about has since been let go, but it was "none of my business" why he was let go. When I asked for a refund because I ended the massage after 10 minutes, she told me that she didn't believe me. I told her I hadn't written any negative reviews because I was hoping to resolve this without negatively affecting her business (as it was not her, but the massage therapist, that was the problem), she told me that was my choice and then hung up on me.

Here is the list of problems that I encountered that she ignored:

1. When I arrived, I was asked to fill out a medical form that was too invasive for a simple relaxation massage. I chose not to complete certain sections regarding pain/injury that were not relevant. Before even speaking to me, I watched Eric falsify that medical record (and it is being held out as a medical record) by circling two areas of pain injury on the diagram which is supposed to represent my body. This was totally false and unnecessary.
2. He did not have a relaxing demeanor at all when he greeted me. He spoke quickly and demanded that I remove my clothes quickly so that we can get started.
3. When he came back in the room, he asked me repeatedly about areas of pain/injury, when I had told him already that I did not have pain/injury areas, and just wanted a relaxing massage.
4. He asked me multiple small talk questions ( So, is it warming up out there? ) and, when I politely asked if we could enjoy the silence because I was trying to relax, he got visibly agitated and angrily said That s fine. We ll get you out of here as quickly as possible.
5. His massage technique was horrible; it was not skilled in any way, and did nothing but rub my skin in the same spot until it began to hurt from irritation.
6. He was chewing gum the whole time and smacking his lips loudly.
7. He pulled my arm back, as is typical for a full body massage, but yanked it so hard that it popped my elbow and caused me to retract my arm and react with a gasp. He then roughly yanked it back towards him and said You need to stay still because we need to work on your arm. My elbow still hurts/is throbbing four days later.
