We bought two day trip (Jan. 14 -15). On second morning, I called the office and asked the stop location close to my hotel. They told us the exact location. We went there. After waiting for 20 minutes, the bus arrived but the driver refused to stop at designated stop location, he didn't care we waved at him. We had to go to fisherman's wharf office. When I complained, the office supervisor (Ray) rudely asked me to leave the office. He finally refunded half of the fee and we didn't use the bus for that day.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.
