We weren't home. DPD therefore had permission to hand over the delivery to a neighbor. Instead, the parcels were simply placed in front of their own front door - without confirmation of receipt or the like, nor did the neighbors ring the bell. The packages were stacked in front of the front door in such a way that our children could not open the front door after school - because the packages are too heavy (16kg per package) to be moved by children.
That is really a cheek, an insolence. So mad at DPD ....
