No star if I can. I have to write this because I don't think anyone should go through what I went through even though this happened a while ago from 2005 to 2008 in their old location, but this does not mean that things can let go and this is one of the reasons I quit buying Toyota ( I also hope Toyota HO will see this complain). I did not know about their service dept. when buying a vehicle. Who would have thought that the appointment was made for 8 am for an oil change, at 5 pm I went back to pick up the car and it was not ready? I finally got out of the dealership at 6 pm. This happened every service for 3 years. I complained to the foreman but he couldn't careless. My family is now happy to drive all Honda and Acura, great service that makes you feel like coming home.
