I have been interacting with Portea since past 3 years for various purposes for my father suffering from Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, be it purchasing of portable Oxygen cylinder, Oxygen Concentrator or a respiratory rehabilitation. I had a good experience. But yesterday was a nightmare for me. As the BiPap machine stopped working, I enquired with many agencies to get one for rent. As the deal was fine with Portea, I ordered for one and as per their suggestion, I also shared my address. As the day started passing, I felt little skeptical about it. I tried calling them, what's app them but they never responded. It was already 24 hrs past my father was without BiPap his condition started worsening and I had to get him admitted in the hospital. I expected a courtesy call from them atleast to inform about the non availability of the item or the reason for nondelivery of the item. But till this last minute I never got a call from them.
