The Bale is Heaven on Earth! From the moment we arrived at the complex we experienced a beautiful feeling of zen. The ambience is calming and peaceful and offers nourishment and enrichment to the soul. The same feeling continued as we were shown to our luxurious private pool villa. It was opulent, spacious, romantic and catered for our every desire. Meals could be enjoyed by the pool in the privacy of your villa or in the beautiful Faces restaurant. The breakfast is a gastronomical delight, catering for all tastes. The transport staff were professional, courteous and always eager to please. All the staff were warm, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Their gentle nature, beautiful smiling faces and welcoming attitude was refreshing. Their ideaolgy that their colleagues were all part of their family - was heartwarming. Andre, the manager was also warm and welcoming and available to ensure your stay was exceptional in every way. If I thought my stay couldn t get any better.... I visited the delightful day spa for a traditional Balinese massage and I could not believe the expertise of the beautiful therapists. The whole spa treatment was bliss from the welcomed refreshing face cloths and lemongrass elixir to the warm foot bath, foot massage and then the body massage. I felt as though I was floating on a cloud. The 60 mins memorable experience was completed with a ginger tea and homemade cookies.
