I have received a letter from BMW Australia 2 week...

I have received a letter from BMW Australia 2 weeks ago. My 10-year-old X5 was recalled for checking the blower controller plug connection. I called Waverley BMW to get an appointment. They organized it immediately. Today, I took my car there, they hired uber to send me home. And the car was ready exactly at the promised time. They have organized uber to get me there. There was a lovely lady with a big smile at the reception. She directed me to Kristian. He was kind enough to take me to my car & make my car ready for a drive. He also explained what had been done with the car & told me that I can reach out to him for all my questions. My car was washed, the cables were changed. That was next-level customer service and made my day. Thank you Waverley BMW for this unique experience.
