This hotel is horrible. The rooms are defective, the service is poor and management is rude. The front desk does not understand what customer service is or how to speak to their clients especially Amer (receptionist) and the manager Mohammed. These two individuals should not work in tourism because they know nothing about it. This service is not accepted anywhere in Canada (where I am from), the U.S or even Europe. This hotel standard is very low. I advise people not to stay in it. Go somewhere else so you don't ruin your vacation and actually enjoy it.
