I had an excellent buying experience with BMW of Nashville. As an out of state buyer, there is an extra layer of anxiety added to the transaction. From the beginning, communication was clear and transparent which I fully appreciated. Ryan answered all of my questions and absolutely went above and beyond to secure my business. She arrived promptly at the airport to pick me up in my CPO 540i. On the way back to the dealership my sister noticed a tear in the back of the passenger headrest. Ryan assured me they would take care of it and that s exactly what they did. Approximately one week after arriving back in Orlando I received a FedEx package with a brand new headrest. I ve dealt with many dealerships throughout the years and I m happy to say BMW of Nashville ranks at the top of the list. Keep up the great work.
