I am not happy with experience overall. My cat could not pee due to crystals in his urine. Doctor checked him and suggested blood test, urine test and x-ray to see if he has rupture in his bladder. My cat did not show that much discomfort, so I declined x-ray. Same doctor called me later and said that my cat's blood test is very bad, it shows that one kidney is malfunctioning. He strongly recommended to do x-ray. When I received all the results later the blood test parameters were within normal range.
I brought my cat to the clinic on Friday night. Cat got catheter, his bladder was washed few times, but Ultrasound test showed more crystals in his bladder. I agreed to surgery on Sunday. Surgery was done on Monday evening because doctors were busy with emergency cases. I was promised that clinic will not charge me for the day of waiting. But I was charged. I went to followup visit, doctor promised to check my final invoice and make an adjustment. This never happened. I will not go back to this place. I simply do not trust them.
