Horrible customer service nobody knows what s going on. We can t get anyone to get a manager on the phone. Each department we talk to says it s not their problem. We spent 2600 dollar on a sectional was told it d be delivered on 11/29 it gets to the house and we re missing a armless loveseat section and our wedge piece has a broken frame. We called the so called customer service department just to have been told 3 times now that it would be this day but no one ever scheduled it. So the day keeps getting pushed back why schedule for part of the sectional to delivered that makes no sense. This company is a joke my husband said if he was this bad at his job he wouldn t have a job.
